Ten Mo Yori Hoshi Mo Yori

"From The Heavens, From The Stars" ... I think that's what the translation of the title is. So how does it relate to the story? I'm not sure. But it sounds good, ne?

This is a manga that I just picked up because it looked good, and fell in love with it. Written by Michiyo Akaishi in the late 80's, this eight-volume manga has everything I love: bishounen, psychic powers, teenage love triangles, angst, angst and more angst - and it looks like it's even got a reincarnation subplot!

The background on this page, which used to be the background on my main page, is a lightened scan of the back of the dustjacket of the sixth tankoubon (volume). I love this image - and I consider it very representative of the series as a whole.

The Characters :: The Story

(I apologise in advance for the pictures. My scanner is old so its image-lightening only goes so far. But it's reliable and I can't afford a new one, so I haven't replaced it.)

I've only ever found one other page on this manga:
As High As The Sky And The Stars
It doesn't have as many pictures as I do, but it does have information from the end of the series. So please visit and appreciate!

If you have a moment, perhaps you'd like to look at what's been written in my guestbook? And maybe you'd like to sign it yourself?

or email me. I promise a reply!
